St. John's is committed to providing adults with various ways to serve and focus on spiritual enrichment. As United Methodists, we pledge to use our prayers, our presence, our gifts, our service, and our witness to grow, love, and make disciples for Jesus Christ.
Adult Sunday School

Sunday School and Discussion Groups begin at 9:45 AM on Sunday mornings. Several Adult Sunday School classes are available to provide the opportunity to worship with smaller groups of people who may be facing similar challenges and issues in their lives. We encourage you to try several classes to determine which of these will be most beneficial to your own spiritual development.
Studies & Small Groups

Small groups are essential for spiritual growth and fellowship within the church. St. John's has a number of studies and small groups that meet throughout the year. Check the church calendar or call the church office to learn more about current offerings.
United Methodist Women
As the first Methodist church in Rock Hill, St. John's was founded largely on the efforts of two women who lived in the area during the 1850’s. Today several new generations of women are keeping the Methodist traditions thriving in our community through the efforts of the United Methodist Women. Small groups, service projects, and fellowship opportunities are just a few of the ways this vibrant group of women serve our congregation and the world. Membership is open to all women of the church.
United Methodist Men
The United Methodist Men of St. John's gather weekly for study, prayer, and fellowship. They serve others by participating in service projects, recognizing veterans, and performing the Last Supper drama at Easter. Membership is open to all men of the church.
